Panzerkampfwagen VIII Maus model - an armored giant that has remained in the shadow of history forever.
Discover the secrets of one of the most fascinating armored vehicles of World War II! Build your own version of the legendary Panzerkampfwagen VIII Maus tank and discover the largest tank ever built.
Panzerkampfwagen VIII Maus
The Panzerkampfwagen VIII Maus is a German prototype super-heavy tank from World War II, which still arouses great interest today. It is the largest and heaviest tank ever built, weighing about 188 tons. The project was commissioned by the German army in 1942 to Krupp, and its development was supervised by a special commission headed by Ferdinand Porsche.
Despite ambitious plans, only two unfinished prototypes were built, which never entered combat service. In April 1945, the Red Army captured both vehicles at the Kummersdorf training ground, and their components were used to assemble one tank, which is currently an exhibit at the Kubinka Tank Museum near Moscow.
Now you can have this incredible war machine at home. Build it with blocks and add it to your collection!
Why is it worth building a Panzer VIII Maus model?
Historical precision:
The Panzer VIII Maus I model was designed with extraordinary attention to detail, faithfully reproducing the appearance of the original super-heavy tank from the end of World War II. The authentic silhouette, characteristic turret, realistic proportions, and precise markings and prints allow you to create an extremely credible historical model.
Limited Edition
This is a special, collector's version of the Panzer VIII Maus model. This edition includes:
• 4 figures in the set: The set includes four unique figures: a tank commander, two Volkssturm soldiers (including one with a bicycle!), and a unique figure of Ferdinand Porsche - the creator of the MAUS project. The soldier figures are equipped with historical weapons, such as the Panzerfaust, Panzerschreck, Mauser Kar98k or the legendary Mauser C96 pistol. Such additions not only enrich the set but also allow you to create creative scenes and dioramas from the final stage of the war.
• The 1:35 scale provides an excellent compromise between detail and size - ideal for both younger builders and experienced collectors
• Collectible additions - Laser-engraved plate with the name of the set, paper certificate of authenticity with a handwritten signature of the CEO of COBI!
Movable elements:
The model has many movable and interactive functions: removable covers allow access to the interior of the tank, the movable barrel and turret allow you to change the position of the gun, and the opening hatches and detailed engine are a real treat for fans of technology. This design makes the model not only look great on the shelf, but also perfect for playing and interacting.
Realistic traction:
Thanks to the working caterpillar traction, the model moves smoothly on various surfaces. The rubber tracks perfectly reproduce the way this giant moves and provide additional fun from playing.
Clear and detailed instructions:
Clear instructions with illustrations, thanks to which building the model will be a pure pleasure. Despite the large number of elements and advanced construction, anyone with a bit of patience and passion will manage with the help of the instructions.
Fun and learning in one:
By building the model from 1605 elements, you not only have great fun, but also learn about the technical aspects of the construction of one of the most extraordinary armored vehicles in history.
